6 mm PU screed at a meat processing plant.
A wet, hard-working process floor rebuilt as a seamless red PU screed with coved skirting.

The job
What we did.
The floor had to take daily wash-downs, fats and cold-room conditions. The old surface was ground back to sound concrete first.
A 6 mm polyurethane screed went down in red, with the screed curved up into coved skirtings so no corner holds water or dirt.
