Decorative cement-based floor in a Waterfall Estate home

Homeowners

What gets in the way.

The problems we hear most, and the ones we plan the job around.

  1. Tiles and carpets that need replacing
  2. Grout lines that collect dirt
  3. Garage floors marked by oil and tyres
  4. Patios that fade in the sun

How we work with you

No surprises.

Site visit, written specification and quote, then the work.

  1. Floors throughout the house. We renovate floors to replace tiles and carpets, room to room, with a decorative cement-based floor finish.
  2. Minimal joints. Joints only where there is a major expansion joint, which is rare in a home.
  3. A primer layer underneath. The finish goes over a sound, level base with a primer layer, then it is sealed against stains and wear.
  4. Garage floors in polyurethane. UV-stable polyurethane holds its colour. Epoxy is used only as a primer, where it is needed.
  5. Patios and balconies. UV-stable polyurethane for patios, and waterproofing for roofs and balconies.
