For property developers, landlords and warehouse owners.
Tired floors brought back between tenants: old coverings out, concrete repaired, a new coating and fresh lines.

Property owners
What gets in the way.
The problems we hear most, and the ones we plan the job around.
- Old vinyl, tiles or peeling paint left by the last tenant
- Cracked, dusty concrete that puts tenants off
- Faded walkway and parking lines
- Showroom floors that look dated
How we work with you
No surprises.
Site visit, written specification and quote, then the work.
- Old coverings out. Vinyl tiles, adhesive and old coatings are lifted and ground off, back to sound concrete.
- Repairs before coating. Cracks are filled and broken edges and joints rebuilt, so the new coating sits on a sound base.
- A finish that holds its colour. UV-stable polyurethane holds its colour in sunlight, which suits showrooms, retail units and areas near large doors and windows.
- Lines and barriers. Walkways, safety lines and barriers coated in yellow and black polyurethane.

Questions
Good to know.
Can an old warehouse floor be brought back without a new slab?
Often, yes. On one warehouse we lifted the old vinyl tiles, did a two-step diamond grind over the whole area and finished it with three coats of UV-stable polyurethane.
Do you do safety lines and barriers?
Yes. We coat walkway lines, safety lines and barriers in yellow and black polyurethane.
