Decorative cement-based floor in a Waterfall Estate home

The short answer

A decorative cement-based floor finish is a thin, hand-trowelled finish with a stone-like look. It replaces tiles and carpets room to room, with minimal joints.

Minimal joints

Joints only where there is a major expansion joint, which is rare in a home. There are no grout lines to collect dirt.

What goes underneath

A sound, level base with cracks repaired, then a primer layer that bonds the finish to the base. The finish is sealed against stains and wear.

Throughout the house

It is not only for bathrooms. We renovate floors throughout the house, replacing tiles and carpets in the rooms you choose.
